Using Gnezdo offline

Choose “Continue offline” on the welcome screen. Folders, materials, tags, recent items, and search remain available locally without an account.

Sync and the share extension

Sign in with Apple to synchronize your workspace and connect the iOS share extension. If the extension cannot see your folders, open Gnezdo and confirm that you are signed in.

AI analysis

AI analysis is optional and requires a connection. If it is unavailable, save the material without analysis and try again later. Avoid submitting confidential information for analysis.

Permissions

Gnezdo requests camera or photo-library access only after you choose the matching capture action. You can change either permission in iOS Settings.

Delete your account

Open Settings in Gnezdo, choose “Delete account,” and confirm with Apple when prompted. This permanently removes your account, synchronized workspace, stored images, and local Gnezdo data.
